Applied AI practitioner from finance, operations and audit. Since May 2026 I have worked with AI agents every day, shipping an open-source product, a published study and launch films. I frame practical problems, direct multi-agent builds and test them against bars set in advance.

Capabilities

Use-case scoping · multi-agent development with Claude Code and Codex · evaluation design: blind test sets, pre-registered gates, real-data checks · on-device models · research methods · process improvement · finance operations · Excel and VBA.

Selected AI work

Independent product · Product direction, AI-assisted development and evaluation

  • Directed the AI-assisted build of an open-source Outlook add-in that checks email at Send on the sender’s device: attachment readers, OCR, rules and, on supported clients, an optional 17-million-parameter sentence model with up to 2.5 seconds of a 4.5-second send deadline.
  • Committed pass bars before scoring fresh, separately written test sets; four of nine gates failed and a fifth candidate never reached its test, and all are published.
  • On 2,000 held-out Enron emails it asked about 700 (559 judged needless) and caught 61 serious disclosures to the rules’ 19, by AI labels on every flagged email plus 300 others; I kept that recall-first trade and rejected two quieter versions that missed more.

System design and agent direction

  • Designed and run the system behind my AI work: one policy for every agent, separate worktrees for parallel builds, a shared memory with hybrid search, and review by another model family at key gates.
  • In the 90 days to 27 October 2026: 61.1 billion tokens, mostly cached context, across 5,560 agent sessions, with agent work on all 90 days. Since May, 3,479 commits, most written by agents I directed.

Independent research · Research direction and analysis

  • Directed and published an AI-assisted study of 1,805 synthetic agent episodes and an Apache-2.0 reference implementation with a formally checked 30-operation decision law.
  • Reported the tradeoff and the null result: the check cut improper handoffs but finished fewer seeded tasks, and a follow-up found no added benefit over an equally informed conventional policy in the release decisions it tested.
  • Set the research direction; AI agents contributed substantially to design, implementation, analysis and writing.

Disclosure Gate and Catchwright

2026

Product direction and evaluation

  • Disclosure Gate: directed a meeting studio that turns speech into checked, selectively shared notes, with local speech recognition; Guardcell was split out of it.
  • Catchwright: directed a product and a synthetic study of reviewing document fields against their sources, and retired the product after a hard look at its market.

Professional experience

BluSky Restoration Contractors

Aug 2025 – present

Project Coordinator

  • Coordinate project budgets, subcontracts, billing, margin reporting and weekly payroll; process refunds, credits, reversals and job-cost adjustments.
  • Selected by the Regional Vice President to review companywide time-and-materials workflows; contributed root-cause analysis and recommendations to clarify responsibilities and simplify procedures.
  • Put AI to work on a recurring report sort, with an AI-written script checked against my manual sort, and on timecard checks, where AI flags likely errors that I review.
  • Built a territory and opportunity tracker for local offices and the command center; supported data migrations into Vista, PSA and HighRadius.
  • Received a ROAR award; featured in company communications within four months of joining.
